this one's for you, mom.

like i mentioned in my last post, my blogging dry spell has continued. call it laziness, or lack of exciting things going on, or not enough time in the day... pick one.

we're SO ready for spring and summer at the Pié home. we've really been enjoying the warmer weather over the last few days. even went out without jackets yesterday. hmmmmm.... summer, i can smell you!

yesterday we invited our friends over to play. isabel and jacob enjoyed a ride on the gator. perhaps an idea for when they head off on their honeymoon? no, not planning their wedding, or anything. but wouldn't it be cute?



the expression on isabel's face here is priceless. i think she's wondering why jacob's making such a big deal about the gator. she wasn't quite fond of it at first.
